# Asset-backed tokens

An Asset-Backed product is intended by AudaSynth as a token deployed on the blockchain which is fully collateralized 1:1 by the underlying asset. The physical assets are securely stored and fully insured through the AudaSynth strategic partnership program.

Thanks to the physical assets tokenization process, users can:

* Enjoy a trading experience on their favourite assets, with no paperwork and bureaucracy associated.
* Buy & Sell fraction of favorite items. Fractionalized assets allow users to enter the market with as little as 1€.
* Enter a liquid market, that formerly illiquid prior to AudaSynth.
* Create more complex asset allocation and diversification strategies.
